What you can expect by working with Rachael
All calls, emails, texts and voice messages will be returned as soon as I possibly can or within 24 hours during business days (Monday – Thursday).
Hours of operation
Monday – Thursday: 7.00 AM to 3.00 PM
Rush jobs or work done outside of working hours
I understand that things pop up and you may need help immediately. For rush jobs you will be charged a 25% surcharge for less than 24 hours notice.
Confidentiality
I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be shared to a third party. I take this very seriously and all passwords will be kept safe and in my encrypted password manager.
Payment / billing
Invoices can be processed fortnightly or monthly. I use an online time tracking tool to accurately record my hours spent on your project.
The hours I spend specifically for your business are all billable, including our phone and email communications.
Insurances
I am happy to share copies of my public liability and professional indemnity insurance certificates if required.
